Prenatal Yoga
In the tradition of preparing mothers for childbirth, Bumi Sehat has offered Prenatal Yoga classes since 2010. It runs two times a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays afternoon.
Prenatal Yoga is one of the many ways that Bumi Sehat supports healthy mothers growing healthy babies. Over the years, pregnant mothers have found that attending the prenatal yoga classes made them feel healthier and centered, more prepared for childbirth, and cope well in labor.
The Bumi Sehat Prenatal Yoga shala is spacious and breezy with yoga mats and props are provided, classes are based on donation and led by Indonesian yoga teachers in Bahasa Indonesia.
Prenatal Yoga builds community among mothers, who in the context of attending classes together become lifelong friends.
